You can also get river prawns and steak grilled to order. One of the highlights was the foie gras station, it’s prepared to order. • There’s a good selection of Thai dishes as well including satay and papaya salad. The hot dishes include all the classics like pasta, curries, roast potatoes, mac and cheese, and more. • There was also a section with fresh sushi and sashimi. • There were 3 kinds of cheese and 3 kinds of cured meats in the antipasto section, as well as exquisite canapés. • All of the classic desserts such as cakes, tarts, creme brulee were on display and even more unique options like paris brest. Fresh fruit was also available. • And of course there was artisanal batch made ice cream - lime sorbet, chocolate, and purple sweet potato ice cream.
