Here's an easy DIY Poo-Pourri recipe that you can easily convert for any measurement: • 4 parts distilled water (or boiled and cooled tap water) • 2 parts rubbing alcohol • 1/2 part glycerin (if you don't have glycerin, add more carrier oil) • 1/2 part oil (any lightly scented carrier oil will work.
