I used garlic salt and black pepper • ➳ Vegan salad cream (I bought mine in Tesco) • ➳ Vegan mayonnaise (in most supermarkets) • _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ • METHOD: • ...Chop up/grate the vegetables into small pieces, place all together into a bowl, add your seasoning, add your vegan salad cream and mayonnaise, and that is it! • I made quite a lot so I kept it in the fridge, and it lasted a while :) • This recipe is how I like to make my quick and easy coleslaw, but you can change which ingredients you want. to and if you wanted to just use mayo or both.
