Are you conscious about your walk? • Do you walk with duck feet? • Do you have frequent ankle and foot pain, but no significant incident for which to blame the pain on? • It is often the case that foot and ankle pain is caused by prolonged improper walking pattern that can cause more injury than creating efficiency in movement. • Walking is our (Humans) most fundamental movement, it is the cornerstone of our functionality.
