How To Make Oxtail Empanadas| Beef Empanada Recipe • Hey guys today I'm going to be making the most delicious Empanada recipe you never had. These Empanadas are wrapped around a saucy Oxtail meat filling and to take it up a notch we're adding mozzarella cheese in it. These easy empanadas are pure hand-held perfection. And you can't forget and our flaky homemade dough made with butter, egg, sugar, water and salt. • • Ingredients • 1.9 pound of oxtail • 2 tablespoon of green seasoning • 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes • 1/2 cup of chopped onion • 1/2 cup of chopped red bell pepper • 1 teaspoon of Goya seasoning • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley • 1 tablespoon of chopped thyme • 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic • 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper • 1 scotch bonnet pepper • 2 tablespoons of adobo seasoning • 1 tablespoon or Worcestershire sauce • 1 tablespoon of olive oil • 1/2 tablespoon of onion powder • 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder • 3 tablespoons of browning • 3 to 4 cups of water or chicken/beef broth • Empanadas dough • 2 cups of all purpose flour • 2 tablespoon of sugar • 1 teaspoon of salt • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter • 1/2 cup of water • 2 egg York • Empanadas are crescent-shaped, savory pastries made of dough and filled with a variety of ingredients.
