So for example we do 3 exercises for the shoulders for 10 reps each and repeat that 3 times so the shoulders don't get a break. Giving one serious burn • We then repeat that process for each muscle in the upper body , the chest , back , shoulder, and arms • A great wee routine that gives a serious burn.
