This video shows a 12-volt conversion's wiring in great detail! I actually trace the wires to show where they go, and show them on a diagram as well, so if you are planning on converting your tired old 6-volt tractor to a fresh 12-volt system, watch this video! The 12-volt conversion kit is linked below, as well as the Pertronix Coil and Pertronix Electronic Ignition that were used in this conversion — those parts are highly recommended as well as they result in a far more reliable ignition system. • This job took a heck of a long time — mainly because I found things wrong with something else at every turn — but it now starts every time and runs like a clock!
