In this QuickBooks Desktop training tutorial, you will learn how to do progress invoicing and track job invoices to the contract estimate that they apply to. When you create the job project’s invoice, QuickBooks will ask you which estimate the invoice applies to. That changes the percent complete of the contract and the results after each created invoice will be shown in the report called “job estimates vs actual details”.
