Although Bathsheba is the main antagonist of the story, many viewers are not aware of her colorful history, or the meaning behind many of the paranormal events seen in the movie. • Unlike Valak in The Conjuring 2, Bathsheba is based off of a real person, who was rumored to be involved in witchcraft in the 1800s. In this video, I'll be using the history of the real Bathsheba Sherman to fill in the blanks about the movie character Bathsheba.
