How to beat Quintessence of Light at the Garrison Pet Menagerie. This encounter is one of the many Battle Pet Roundup fights, found at your level 3 Garrison after having unlocked the Pet Menagerie. • The experience rewarded from beating this encounter with 2 pets is negligible compared to the RNG luck and effort required, which is why the demonstrated strategy uses three pets. • The battle pets I use to defeat Quintessence of Light are Darkmoon Zeppelin, Pandaren Water Spiritand Chrominius. This technique of lining up Geyser, Whirlpool and Surge of Power with the Howl debuff is known as a 'howl bomb', (was not invented by me!) and can be used on many boss-type pets. I found that starting with the Darkmoon Zeppelin's unique combination of Decoy and Explode was the best way to guarantee that the Water Spirit wouldn't get smacked to death by Quills, and deal enough damage to Quintessence to put her in Howl Bomb death range without triggering her heal. • Let me know what you think and check out my channel for other pet battle videos!
