Make sure you check out Walnut Creek Foods near you for shop online at :https://www.walnutcreekcheese.com Use my code : Lynette for 10% off your online order *thanks to Walnut Creek Foods for Sponsoring today's Video • 1 c. pumpkin • 2 Tbsp. flour • 2 c. brown sugar • 4 eggs, separated • 2 Tbsp. melted butter • 1½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice • 2 c. milk • 1 can evaporated milk • ½ tsp. salt • Mix flour, sugar and salt together. Add pumpkin, egg yolks, butter, spice and milk. Last fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
