Triceps Workout • Standing Overhead Dumbbell Extension • • in this variation I use a pair of lighter dumbbells instead of one heavy one. Begin with the dumbbells overhead arms extended. Slowly lower the dumbbells behind your head, keeping your elbows pointing upwards. Once a full stretch of the tricep is achieved, push the dumbbells upwards until your arms are extended again.
