Verses like Isaiah 44:6, 8, Deut. 32:39, John 17:3, Eph. 4:6 1Cor. 8:6 make it impossible for a God the Mother to exist. Moreover, Pagan goddesses are called Queen of Heaven all over ancient history like Inanna, Anat, Isis, Astarte, Hera, and possibly Asherah. The World Mission Society Church of God are just following the old pagan practice of worshiping a mother goddess figure alongside a patriarch god king. And it's no wonder the majority of WMSCOG members are in fact women. It appeals to them to have a female goddess to worship.
