While defense argues he can't think of a time when any probationer would just be remanded to jail, Judge Ricke says, would you rather be in prison and believe? Or be in the community and be de*d, because this is that serious. • It's a very sad situation. She looks really young and doesn't look like an addict. What I mean by that is, it looks like it hasn't been long enough to affect her skin and facials as drastically as those who have had problems for years and years.
