http://www.myboxingcoach.com - A video which shows an old man punching the heavy bag! I thought that in the interest of illustration I'd do a round of work on the heavy bag. For two and a half minutes of the round, I'm working at long range. For the last 30 seconds, I step in closer to the bag and focus on short range punching/infighting. I've tried to incorporate some of our long range combinations, and have used the lay back quite a lot. I wanted to get your views as to whether you find this type of video useful. For example, would you like to see a round where body movement plays a lead role? Would you like to see a round where footwork takes precedence?
