Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs • Servings: 4 • 2 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs • 6 garlic cloves (minced) • 1 Tsp fresh ginger (minced) • 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp honey • 1/3 cup soy sauce • Olive oil • • Directions: • 1.) Combine the garlic, ginger, honey and soy sauce in a small bowl. Set aside. • 2.) Pat dry the chicken with paper towels. • 3.) Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook thoroughly (about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown). • 4.) Transfer chicken onto a paper towel to remove excess oil. • 5.) Reduce heat to medium-low and transfer the chicken back into the skillet. • 6.) Pour in the sauce and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Flip the chicken to coat in the sauce fully.
