I have a few spinning reel/rod combos that are probably 20+ (model 2500) and 10+ (model 35) years old. They hadn't been taken the best care of, and needed some attention. Since I had two of each, once I had cleaned one I figured a video on the second one may be helpful to others. Yes I know that there are better grease alternatives that are made specifically for reels, but white lithium grease was what I had. I also learned that a side shot of the work doesn't give the best angle for your viewing. I'll work on better views in upcoming videos. Enjoy! • Model 2500 is first • Model 35 begins @26:32
