Try out this Stir Fry Lemon Pepper Chicken Tempura and share your feedback with us. • #StirFrylemonPepperChicken #ChickenTempura #StirFrySpaghetti • Stir Fry Lemon Pepper Chicken Tempura • Ingredients for Stir Fry Lemon Pepper Chicken Tempura: • Oil 2 tbsp. • Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp. • Red capsicum (julienne) 1 cup • Carrot (julienne) 1 cup • Onion (sliced) 1 cup • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp. • Salt 1 tsp / to taste • Lemon zest 1 tbsp. • Lemon juice 1 tsp • Soy sauce 1 tbsp. • Red Chili flakes 1 tbsp. • Boiled spaghetti 400 g • K N’s Chicken Tempura (660 g) • Oil (frying) • Fresh parsley (chopped) for garnishing • Sesame seeds for garnishing • Directions for Lemon Pepper Stir Fry: • 1. In a wok, heat oil over medium high heat and add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. • 2. Add onion, red capsicum, carrot and stir fry it for a minute. • 3. Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, red chili flakes, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Toss everything to mix. • 4. Add boiled spaghetti and toss it well over high flame for 1-2 mins. • 5. Fry K N’s Chicken Tempura as per instructions on the pack. • 6. Toss the boiled spaghetti in the stir fry along with K N’s Chicken Tempura and cook for 2 more minutes. • 7. In a bowl, add Lemon Pepper Chicken Tempura Stir Fry and sprinkle sesame seeds and parsley on top. Serve and enjoy. • Prep time: 25 mins • Cooking time: 20 mins • Servings: 5-6
