Being from the south one of the things I missed the most when I went Keto was warm, buttery biscuits. After trying loads of recipes I finally found a recipe that creates a great buttery biscuit. Hope you try it and love it as much as I do. • My Website: www.amolk.com • Keto Biscuits • 1 cup (128g) Blanched Almond Flour • 1 tsp (5g) Baking Powder • 1/4 tsp Salt • 2 Tbsp (28g) Cold Butter, Grated • 4 Egg Whites • Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt together. Then add cold, grated butter and mix together, but be sure to leave butter a bit chunky. Add lightly beaten egg whites.
