Take a 0.5 inch * 8.5 inch strip of paper. Tie a knot in the end of your paper. Gently pull to tighten, then flatten. • 2. Fold the end of the strip down and tuck it into the knot. Trim the edges if it is too long. • 3. Now wrap the other end of the strip around and around and crease it well. • 4. Keep wrapping until you get to the end of the strip. • 5. Insert the last bit of the strip into the pouch. • 6. Now gently press on the centre of each of its edges.
