This is probably one of the lesser stinky foods on my bucket list. I was able to buy it from the grocery store down the street. It does smell, but not half as bad as I thought it was going to be. The texture is the same as a good Brie, but the rind smells like a dirty toilet or really bad breath. I kept the leftover cheese, so it couldn't have been that bad. I may let it sit for another month or so to see if the stink increases.
