Using a blender, combine almond milk, banana, dates, oats, tahini paste, cinnamon, vanilla extract and ice cubes. Blend until smooth, serve immediately. • Serves 1 • • Tahini Dressing • Ingredients • 1lb asparagus, trimmed and steamed • ¼ cup tahini paste • 1/3 cup water • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice • ½ tsp lemon zest • ¼ tsp kosher salt • Pinch cayenne pepper • Sesame seeds, for garnish • Directions • 1. Lay cooked asparagus on a serving platter. For the dressing, in a small bowl whisk tahini paste, water, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and cayenne pepper. Drizzle over asparagus and garnish with sesame seeds. • Serves 6
