Lamb curry recipe with almond, also know as Badam Pasanda. This is my version of a quick lamb almond curry. • Pasanda means favourite or chose cut and is derived from a dish of the Moghul Emperors traditionally made from thin slices of marinated lamb in a rich masala and is a mild but very flavoursome dish. Badam is almond hence the name Badam Pasanda.
