Vytas here, showing you a strong intermediate practice that will get you moving, sweating, and feeling empowered. Feel free to take a break when needed, but don't get too caught up in it. Come back as soon as you feel recovered. • We're going to start off with the classic Downward Dog pose. From here, we'll shift into a plank, then back into Downward Dog to help wake those muscles up. Try to help breath and movement work together. Then, we'll be holding our plank to create some core stability. • We'll start with simple movements, then work up to it. This class will be challenging as promised, but it'll be worth it. We'll move onto some standing poses, eventually ending up back on the ground. These exercises will include hinges, planks, side planks, and the warrior pose to name a few.
