http://www.sani-sport.com • http://www.sani-sport.com/clean-hocke... • Get ready for the machine that the hockey world has been waiting for. • From Dupliskate, the makers of one of the most trusted skate sharpening machines in the world, comes a unit that will revolutionize the hockey industry. • Dupliskate is proud to present... Sani Sport • Is it possible to eliminate hockey equipment odors in fifteen minutes? • Is it possible to do this by killing the bacteria fungus that live in your hockey equipment? • Is it possible to protect the equipment by vaporizing it with a completely natural substance? • Is it possible to all this without any piping or drains and with no special electrical requirements? • Up until now, the answer has simply been no. However, due to a revolutionary patent pending process, it is possible, with the Sani Sport from Dupliskate. It will do all this and much more. • Operating Instructions • Lock down the two front wheel brakes • Attach electrical cord as shown • The left side door contains the ecomist and ecosolvent bottles. Remove the smaller ecosolvent bottle to gain access to the ecomist. Shake the ecomist on a daily basis to ensure that the ingredients are well mixed. Replace the bottles as shown. • To open the doors, simply turn the upper and lower knobs. • During the operation, purified air will flow from the fans in the stainless steel compartment. A mist of natural ingredients will be sprayed from the nozzle, creating a vapour that will penetrate and protect the equipment from future bacteria. • Spread out the equipment on all three shelves. • Do not place one piece on top of another. • All equipment, including helmets and skates, can be treated in the Sani Sport. • Please note that all the Velcro attached pieces should be placed in the machine as separate pieces. Also, avoid placing equipment directly over either of the fans. • Turn the power on by pressing the black on / off button. • The green circle of lights indicates that your Sani Sport is ready for use. Red dots will appear and diminish in a circular fashion indicating the time remaining for that portion of the cycle. The first part of the cycle is a six minute period of generation of purified air through fan 1. A blue-ish light will also appear during the running of either fan, indicating the proper function of the generator. For 20 seconds, there will be red dots going in opposite directions. This represents the change in purified air generation from one fan to another. Similar to before, the red dots will indicate a six minute period for fan 2. There is now 30 seconds fan cool down period indicated by crisscrossing red dots. Yellow dots will then appear during a one minute ecomist automated spray cycle. The yellow dots will then reappear to count down the two minute waiting period. Finally, the green dots will confirm the completion of the cycle. Turn off the machine by pressing the on/off button. • Take the equipment out and manually spray each piece with the ecomist bacteriacide. Be sure to spray into the skates, gloves and behind padded areas in the shin pads. This will ensure maximum protection against future bacteria. • After the spraying has been completed, place the equipment in a Sani Sport pretreated plastic bag. • The Sani Sport process is now complete. • To use your Sani Sport as a mobile unit, or for future servicing, unplug the electrical cord, stack the shelves on the top and remove the stainless steel unit by grabbing the handles and lifting upward. The stainless steel unit can be used in conjunction with the lexan cover if you choose to treat just a few pieces at a time. • This concludes the operating instructions. • Thank you for your interest in the Sani Sport system.
