At the rear, a comfortable gourmet area with a barbecue and swimming pool, and an upper balcony overlooking the park. • Interior Design, the main level has an open concept providing an exceptional space, a living room (TV room) overlooking the green area with an incredible vertical garden, toilet, dining room, and a stunning integrated kitchen with seatings for breakfast morning, double stainless steel sink, large refrigerator, built-in oven and microwave, cooktop, in addition to beautiful contemporary cabinets with glass doors and lighting.
