Thank you very much! • Easy Basic Pancakes Recipe • Ingredients • 1 cup all-purpose flour • 1 teaspoon baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 2 tablespoons sugar • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1 cup milk • 3 tablespoons cooking oil • 1 lage egg • A little butter • Instructions • 1.In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, set aside. • 2.In another mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, cooking oil and milk until well combined. • 3.Pour the milk mixture into the well of the flour mixture, and gently whisk together until just incorporated. • 4.Heat a flying pan on medium heat, brush the pan bottom with the butter. Spoon in 1 big spoon of the flour mixture. Cook the pancake until bobbles begin, flip the pancake over and continue cook another side for about 1 minute per side. • 5.Place the pancakes into a serving plate and serve.
