A home exercise for hypermobility that is great for shoulder joint stability. This hypermobility exercise needs to be done slowly especially on the return. Notice how the shoulder blade glides across the back. The third rep shows Hypermobile shoulders without stability. You can see the scapula lose control and this can lead to subluxation. The first two reps show good shoulder mechanics. I used 1 kg weight but you could go lighter. • Let me know how it goes for you in the comment section down below! • - - - - - - - - - • ๐Ÿฆ“ Become part of The Zebra Club today! ๐Ÿฆ“ https://www.thezebra.club • - - - - - - - - - • ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸผCheck the rest of my range of products: https://jeanniedibon.com/products/ ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿผ • - - - - - - - - - • ๐Ÿ“– Read my blog for advice on Hypermobility, EDS, chronic pain and more: https://jeanniedibon.com/blog/ • More at https://jeanniedibon.com/ • โ–ถ๏ธŽ Instagram: @jeannie_di • โ–ถ๏ธŽ Twitter: @jdibon • โ–ถ๏ธŽ Facebook: Jeannie Di Bon • โ–ถ๏ธŽ All my products: https://jeanniedibon.com/products/ • - - - - - - - - - • P.S.
