The Beledar's Spawn only appears when the Beledar star or crystal in the ceiling of Hallowfall shifts to the dark phase. Within seconds of this shift, it spawns in one of several random spots throughout the zone. The video shows the map with markers of its random locations (courtesy of the Rarescanner addon). With the addon, you can left-click the skull icon (near Pride of Beledar) and that activates displaying all the random locations it might spawn. Alert in general chat when someone shares the location pin. There is a 3% chance that you might loot a mount that looks like Beledar's Spawn. Try every day reset.
