Farrow amp Ball Borrowed Light 235

We took a room which needed decorating for a child’s bedroom, and chose Farrow and Ball estate emulsion #235. • We used F B white and light tones undercoat - 1 coat followed by two coats of borrowed light estate emulsion. • The house is old and while many cracks were filled, the wall surface is still imperfect and suited to the very flat look of F B paint. For a high traffic area, modern emulsion is a much better choice and easier to clean. • Cornicing is from screwfix : it is light and easy to install if you (or your friendly neighbour) have a mitre saw and basic trigonometry to cut the angles. I used Supercove sealant to fix and fill the gaps.
