Run northwest from Camp Reclamation waypoint or teleport to Northwest Shrine. • How to get a Shrine teleport? • You need to get attuned to the shrine before you can teleport to it. • First, get Orrian Pearls from: • gathering Orrian Oysters • buying Orrian bundles (3 pearls) from Heart/Renown vendors with karma • chance to get from Waterlogged Chest • After getting 10 Orrian Pearls, go to a META Vendor • You need 10 Orrian Pearls to buy a Shrine attunement from a META Vendor (appears after a META event).
