In this video, June (our Call Center Manager), reviews the emergency ticket type for RTE. • TN811 now allows registered RTE users to submit immediate emergency locate requests through the ticket portal between the hours of 5 PM and 5:30 AM Central, Monday through Friday, and 24 hours a day on weekends and recognized holidays.
