It was a pleasure to meet you both and thanks for your hospitality. • The back wheel is not powered by walking on the treadmill, it has a battery that powers a small motor which in turn powers the wheel. It had a few speeds which makes the treadmill go faster. • For any confused clowns out there... this is NOT a review #lopifit
