Top tip for removing seized diesel injector on Vauxhall vivaro’s, Renault traffics. Drill a small 3mm hole on tiles top of the collar aiming towards the edge of the injector. Insert straw from wd40 penetrating fluid and apply fluid over a day or 2. Fluid gets down to the rust and breaks down the corrosion. I then use the Renault puller tool kit to gently wind the seized injector out.
