These fun Big Mac Tacos combine everything you love about a Big Mac in taco form! With seasoned beef, melty cheddar, crisp cabbage, and tangy Big Mac sauce, these mini wraps pack all the iconic flavors in one quick, satisfying bite. • • Ingredients • Tacos • 3 mini wraps • 3 tablespoons ground beef • Salt and pepper, to taste • 2 pickles, sliced • 3 slices cheddar cheese • 3 tablespoons shredded cabbage • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced • Big Mac Sauce • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise • 1 tablespoon ketchup • 1 pickle, finely chopped • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard • 1/2 teaspoon paprika • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder • Directions • Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickle, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder. Set aside. • Assemble Beef on Wraps: Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Press about 1 tablespoon of beef onto each wrap, spreading it out to the edges. • Cook the Beef Tacos: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place each wrap, beef-side down, on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the beef forms a golden brown crust.
