The Arkbird was a maneuverable, low-orbiting spacecraft constructed around 1999 to remove Ulysses 1994XF04 debris field formed within the Earth's Roche limit. It was originally conceived by the Osean Federation during the Cold War as an orbital weapon to counteract Yuktobania's advancements in ballistic missile technology.
