We cut a tangerine-sized piece from the dough we prepared and put it in the freezer, we press the other dough with our hands and spread it on the pie mould as I show in the video. Then we spread our apple filling which has cooled, into the mold. We grate the dough piece we've put in the freezer, then we bake it in a preheated 180 ° oven for 25-30 minutes. Once it cools down after taking it out of the oven, we dust powdered sugar on it. There you have a very nice apple pie! Good luck!
