We live in a town where we can hear the train going across the tracks. Late at night, I find it so soothing. Stars twinkle in the sky and grass waves on the track side. • Story: • It was time to go to bed. I threw myself in bed and curled up under the comforter. My fan blew lightly on my face and I smiled when the sound of the nightly train came from the tracks in the distance. It was so comforting.
