Watch me I make 12 saw horses from 3 sheets of Plywood and three 2x4's. I designed the parts using Adobe Illustrator and Imported to Vectric's V-Carve Pro to create the cut files, and then use the ShopBot • to cut all the leg parts! I came to the idea of using the puzzle design because i wanted to maximize the material and that meant making the horses into several parts... ENJOY!
