Generally speaking, when the circuit court hears an argument, they will assign a three judge panel. And oftentimes, after the decision is rendered in that matter, uh, sometimes parties will essentially go ask for hearing en banc, which means that the entire circuit court will sit and hear the argument to determine whether or not the three judge panel ruled correctly or not.
