#habamotor • The 2025 lineup of KTM XC and XC-F models brings a host of upgrades directly inspired by KTM Factory Racing's expertise, aiming to deliver the most competitive cross-country motorcycles yet. Drawing from their extensive experience in winning races, KTM has implemented several enhancements to push the boundaries of performance. • One significant improvement lies in the frame, which now boasts visible cutouts and varying tube-wall thicknesses around the headstock and mounting areas. These modifications are engineered to enhance chassis flexibility, shed weight by approximately 300g, and refine stability and cornering dynamics. Additionally, the swingarm features a machined chain slider for better mud dispersal, while the rear brake pedal has been reinforced for increased durability. • Complementing the frame updates, the suspension system has been fine-tuned to accommodate the enhanced chassis characteristics. The WP XACT Closed Cartridge spring fork and XACT linkage shock now feature revised settings, directly derived from KTM Factory Racing's setup, to optimize weight reduction and stiffness parameters. Furthermore, the WP XACT shock benefits from an updated linkage with improved seals and smaller diameter bolts. • Visually, the 2025 models sport new tank shrouds constructed from bi-composite plastics, offering a sleeker appearance and improved cooling efficiency. The fuel tank mount has also been redesigned to safeguard against frame wear and enhance tank fitting.
