But, these things you can consume will have a very minor effect on your ability to get back into fasting. The biggest things that will break your fast are refined carbs or sugar.  • Other things that will break your fast: • • Protein • BCAA • Collagen  • Bone broth  • The two things that don’t seem to have much of an effect on insulin are: • 1.
