Allow them to brown on one side, sprinkle with spices and Tajín Clásico®. Mix well and allow the potatoes to brown on the rest of their sides. • Remove from heat and sprinkle with pepper and chopped parsley. • For the breakfast • Cook the bacon strips until crisp and cook the eggs to your liking, scrambled or smashed. Serve each plate with two strips of bacon, two eggs, toast, onions, and a serving of potatoes.
