#beautybeam86 #beautybigbang #howtoprimestamper #clearstamper • Hi guys • Today Iam going to share with you guys : Clear Stamping not working/how to prime clear stamper video • I did try couple of methods and shared a fool proof method that works perfectly for me, I purchased a clear stamper head on www.BEAUTYBIGBANG.com and when I tried it did not stamp or pick up the images properly, so I decided I will make this video as it will be helpful for many out there who has the same issue, because when I was new to clear stampers I did buff them watching few videos and my clear stamper was ruined, and another sticky stamper was also damaged due to bugging. And also using acetone on stamper heads will damage them as well. • If your newly purchased clear stamper is not working it means that the stamper need to be primed or prepped • What is priming/preparing a stamper??? • Stampers have a shining layer on top which needs to be removed in order to work properly, this shiny layer is also known as sticky or oily layer. • Not all stampers need priming, always clean the stamper head with lint roller or scotch tape , stamp and check, if u are not happy with the pickup then follow the 👇🏻 steps for priming the stamper • Clear stamper not working? How to prime a clear stamper: • 1. Take a bowl of like warm water and another bowl of water in room temperature • 2. In like warm water add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of any liquid dish wash soap and mix • 3. Put the clear stamper in the Luke warm water , let it sit for 10secs then gently rub with your fingers and clean. • 4. Then put the stamper head in room temperature water and wash to get rid of the soap. • 5. Wipe of the water with paper towel or tissue • 6. Stamp and check , few stampers work after this itself • 7. If they are still not picking perfectly then..,,,, • 8. Take a small piece of cotton , wet it with acetone thinner/nail polish remover and wipe gently couple of times • 9. Clean the stamper head with scotch tape/lint roller and then start using . It should work great .... • DONOT DO THIS: • 1. DONOT use acetone thinner/nail polish remover as it damages the stamper head • 2. DONOT BUFF the stamper head as it tears up or loses its transparency and becomes blurry and cloudy, then it’s no more a clear stamper • 3.
