Today's spoiler free anime review covers Macross Plus. The story of Macross Plus was created by Keiko Nobumoto, original creator of Wolf's Rain, and directed by Shinichiro Watanabe, Director of Cowboy Bebop. Although newcomers to the Macross franchise are totally safe to watch this anime, it's a little more complicated as there are two versions of this story. The 4 episode OVA released in 1994, and the film compilation in 1995.
