First, cut into small pieces the carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and the ham. Fill a casserole with some olive oil and put in it the vegetables together with the pancetta. Mix well. • 2. Add a glass of warm water above and arrange with a few salt and pepper. Leave it for a few minutes aside. • 3. Meanwhile in a pot fry the butter and add the flour. Mix well and add the milk. • 4. Stir constantly and arrange with a few salt and pepper. After 5 minutes add the béchamel sauce into vegetables casserole. • 5. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Finally serve and enjoy it!
