Driving in the Netherlands Rijksweg N33 amp A28 from Zuidbroek Veendam to Assen

In this video you can ride along on Rijkswegen N33 A28 from Zuidbroek to Assen in the North of the Netherlands. Zuidbroek is a small town in Groningen where the N33 expressway crosses the A7 motorway. Assen is the capital of the Netherlands' Drenthe province with some 70.000 inhabitants. • The N33 was upgraded 10-15 years ago to a 2 x 2 expressway in order to relieve traffic congestion between some of the larger cities in the North of the country. Although the AADT numbers did not always warrant a full 2 x 2 expressway, the provinces in the North temporarily received additional money to spend on infrastructure and did so accordingly.
