It is bordered by Bukasa to the east, Namuwongo to the north, Kisugu and Kabalagala to the west, Kansanga and Kiwafu to the south. • Muyenga hill is one of the highest in the city of Kampala. For that reason, the hill was chosen to house the water storage tanks for National Water and Sewerage Corporation, which supplies Kampala, Kira and Mukono. This is why Muyenga is also called Tank hill. • Muyenga's high elevation gives it one of the best views of Kampala city with a nice view of Lake Victoria too. • Notable landmarks include, NWSC tanks at the summit, British School of Kampala, Yamasen Japanese Restaurant, Hotel international, Afro Park Hotel, Stone Quarry, Golden hill Restuarant etc.
