Handmade Lasagna Sheets • Have you been craving for your own lasagna recipe, yet found none of the lasagna sheets at home? And might be in a situation of not able to go to grocery to buy some? • Why not try to make your own lasagna sheets at home? • With just 2 ingredients, you’ll have your own handmade lasagna sheets in no time. Freshly made. • The ratio I used is in this video is 400 grams of All Purpose Flour and 4 Large Eggs. I was able to make 2 baked lasagna pans with 2/3 of this recipe and made some noodles with the other 1/3 leftover dough. • It’s optional to add a pinch of salt to taste and a bit of water (tsp at a time), if you find the dough to difficult to handle. • Once you’re done, the lasagna sheets can be boiled same way as you would do with the store bought lasagna sheets, but only 2-3 minutes in already boiling water will be enough for this... depending on the thickness of your sheets. • The left over lasagna sheets can be placed back to the container so long as they’re dry enough.
