You are awesome! • • ▶️▶️▶️ Get more recipe tips and a PRINTABLE version of this recipe HERE: https://www.cupofzest.com/small-batch... • • 🔪--------------------------------RECIPE--------------------------------🔪 • Prep Time: 10 minutes • Cook Time: 30 minutes • Serves: 2 to 4 people • ✨INGREDIENTS • 4 large artichoke hearts, canned in water (about half 15 oz can) 120 grams • ¾ cup finely grated parmesan cheese 34 grams • ½ cup mayonnaise (preferably Best Foods Brand) 114 grams • 3 tablespoons finely chopped shallot (about 1 shallot) 25g • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard 6g • 1 teaspoon pepper 1g • Finely chopped chives to garnish • Crackers and crudites to serve • • ✨INSTRUCTIONS • Preheat oven to 300 degrees. • Thoroughly dry artichoke hearts and roughly chop. • Mix everything together in a medium bowl and transfer to a small oven-safe dish. • Bake until the edges are lightly browned and bubbly, about 25 minutes. • Garnish with chives and serve! • Note: I love baking and serving this in two 5-inch ramekins.
